Covid-19 Update: Open for Installations and Repairs

As the latest national lockdown measures come into effect, we wanted to update our customers to let you know that we remain open, and reassure you of the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Our showroom is temporarily closed to the public, however we continue to take orders and carry out installations, and our repairs team remains available 24/7. 

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have prioritised customers in essential industries or with urgent repair works needed, however most installations continue to be unaffected by delays. We have taken steps over the past year to minimise disruption to our supply chains, and we are confident that the majority of our customers will not be adversely affected, and will notify any customers at the first opportunity should the lockdown restrictions impact the availability of any materials or parts required for their installation. 

Following Government regulations and guidance from Public Health England, as well as feedback from customers throughout the year, we are able to safely carry out installations in the majority of instances. We are taking all recommended health and safety precautions, social distancing measures and providing all staff with relevant PPE, and ask customers to aid us in providing our installation teams with safe spaces and alerting us of any potential hazards.

Customers are asked to alert us in the first instance should any member of their household be shielding, isolating, be experiencing any symptoms or have a positive case of Covid-19 so that we can reschedule until a suitable time. 

Commercial customers are also asked to alert us of any changes to their business practices should our installation or repairs team need to reschedule or adapt to suit your safety procedures.

We are following all government restrictions, guidance from Public Health England and local authorities. Our first priority is our staff and customers' health and wellbeing, and as such these details continue to be evaluated and updated based on the latest guidance and feedback from staff and customers.
