Cooks Blinds and Shutters Ltd have over 50 years expertise and experience in the manufacturing and installation of blinds, shutters and awnings, meaning you can be confident that you will receive a long-lasting product. Whilst all our products are made of the highest quality, effective maintenance of your blinds and awnings is still important and there could be times when repairs are required following accidental damage. Q. What are some of the repair services you can offer?

A. We offer a comprehensive repair service across our product range. From an awning or garage door that has sustained vehicle damage to replacing the material on your faded blind, we have 50 years of experience and expertise to make the repairs efficient and cost-effective. Some of the most common repair services we provide include repair of awnings, blinds, shutters, garage doors, security grilles and folding partitions. 

Q. Are your repairs just for domestic properties?

A. We can offer repairs and maintenance contracts to a range of businesses, from hotels to village halls, small or large commercial projects and doctor’s surgeries. We can also offer a comprehensive package, including a complete periodic assessment for larger installations, such as in hospitals and schools.

Q. When can I contact you to discuss the repairs I require?

A. Our showroom and office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 8.30am to 12 noon. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any of your repair or maintenance queries.

Q. If I opt for a maintenance contract, will I be tied to a “one-size-fits-all” service?

A. No, we tailor specific maintenance contracts, to suit your requirements. You can be sure however, that all our maintenance contracts include a comprehensive, periodic service that ensures your products will continue to function properly, stay looking good and remain safe for the duration of their lifespan. 

Q. What repairs can you offer for garage door maintenance?

A. Clients with electric garage doors can take advantage of an annual service and maintenance contract to ensure the safety and general operation of their doors. 

Q. What does the folding partition maintenance service involve?

A. This service includes lubricating, checking fixings and general operation to ensure partitions operates in a smooth and safe manor
