Cooks Blinds 60th Anniversary Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is Cooks Blinds & Shutters Ltd, registered at Burnet Road, Sweet Briar Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 2BS.
2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Cooks Blinds & Shutters Ltd, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
3. How to Enter: Submit a photo of your Cooks installation, along with the date and location of the installation. Include your full name, email, phone number, and location. Email your entry to sales@cooksblinds.co.uk with the subject "Cooks 60th Competition". Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 31st May 2025.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on the earliest verifiable installation date submitted. Proof of installation date may be requested (e.g. invoice, receipt, or other documentation).
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Hörmann garage door or a replacement blind (at the promoter's discretion) and two (2) tickets to the Royal Norfolk Show on 25th or 26th June 2025. No cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
6. Notification: The winner will be contacted via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a runner-up may be selected.
7. Publicity: By entering, participants grant Cooks Blinds & Shutters Ltd the right to use submitted photos and installation stories for promotional purposes, including on social media, print, and online.
8. Data Protection: Personal information provided will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. General: Cooks Blinds & Shutters Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
