The Grand Designs Live show is a great place to see new design schemes, home tech and décor ideas.

As well as inspiring new builds and renovations, Kevin McCloud and his team have dedicated a huge part of the exhibition to the ‘Design Arcade’. A place to find inspiring, practical and unusual room sets to help you furnish your home in a way that doesn’t just look good, but does you good too. McCloud has always insisted that good design benefits everyday living, and the showcase can help you find beautiful, functional items that fill your home with goodness.

Friendly Competition

This year, a competition is being held between exhibitors for the best room set: six finalists have created quirky rooms using products from British designers, manufacturers and retailers. The rooms are designed to be accessible to all with emerging trends and styles being showcased in a way that you want to replicate in your own home.
