Our Repair and Maintenance Service

23/01/2015 It can be a nightmare when something breaks and needs to be repaired but whether your awning or garage door has either been fitted by us or a third party company, you can rely on us to fix the problem. We offer a comprehensive repair service and with 50 years of experience under our belts, we have the expertise to mend any repair efficiently and cost effectively. Here a few repair services we provide:

• Awning Repair - this can be due to vehicle impact, component failure, storm damage or user error
• Blind Repair - replacement of cords, fabrics and components. Due to a number of reasons blinds can wear, tear and fade
• Shutter Repair - this can be down to general wear and tear which means adjustments to the spring balances, replacement of motors, locks and broken slats
• Garage Door Repair - some of the most common issues with garage doors is the wear and tear on wheels, cables, locks and handles.
• We can offer replacement remote control hand transmitters too

We can also repair security grilles and folding partitions when necessary. There is no need for a warranty; however, we do offer maintenance service contracts which are an extensive and periodic service. Most of our contracts are with customers or clients who have industrial and garage doors, but we can offer our maintenance contracts on all our products including:

• Awnings - whether commercial or domestic we can attend to check fixings, heights, level and ensuring the safety features are right
• Blinds - For bigger installations, such as schools and hospitals, we offer a complete repairs and maintenance service on all internal blinds, tracks and curtains
• Industrial Doors and Shutters (All types) - For businesses such as hotels, doctor's surgeries and small commercial projects, we offer total repairs and maintenance service including a periodic assessment
• Garage Doors - For customers or clients with an electric garage door, we offer an annual service and maintenance contract to make sure the safety of the door is working properly
• Security Grilles - We provide a comprehensive periodic service and maintenance contract to ensure that the security and safety is sustained
• Folding Doors - Included in the maintenance service for folding doors is lubricating, checking fixings and making sure the overall operation runs smoothly

Our maintenance contracts are tailor made to suit your requirements and are there to ensure your product continues to function properly, remain safe and look good. If for any reason we cannot repair a product, then we can offer an alternative replacement cost. This would include survey, quotation and installation.
