We’re thrilled to once again be supporting Break Charity’s GoGo Trail, a much-loved summer event that fills the streets of Norwich with colour, creativity and community spirit.

This year, we’re proud to sponsor ‘Horatio Horn’Ocerus’, a bold and beautifully hand-painted rhino sculpture created by the talented artist Lois Cordelia. Horatio isn’t just a rhino - he’s a vibrant celebration of all things Norfolk, featuring iconic imagery such as Cromer crabs, Blickling Hall and Norwich cathedral. Keep your eyes peeled for him when the GoGo Safari Trail launches on 23rd June 2025!

Double the Celebration

The unveiling of Horatio took place on Wednesday 4th June, and it was a particularly special moment for the whole team at Cooks, as we also marked our 60th year in business. What better way to celebrate six decades of serving our local community than by getting involved in a project that does just that?

We welcomed staff, guests and representatives from Break Charity to our showroom for the occasion - complete with cakes, refreshments and a heartfelt speech by Ellie Edge from Break, reminding us all why this trail matters. Her words about giving every young person a fair chance really hit home.

Why We’re Proud to Support Break

Break Charity does incredible work helping young people leaving care, offering everything from fostering and mentoring to long-term emotional and practical support. Every sculpture on the trail helps raise awareness and vital funds for their services - and we’re honoured to be a small part of that.

The GoGo Trails are about more than art. They’re about bringing people together, starting conversations, and making sure every child has the opportunity to build a safe, secure future - no matter their background.

So if you’re out and about in Norwich this summer, be sure to follow the trail and stop by to meet Horatio. Take a selfie, tag us, and don’t forget to donate to Break if you can.

Here’s to creativity, community, and 60 more years of supporting the region we love.
