Covid-19 Update: Showroom Reopens

We are pleased to announce that our showroom has reopened now that we leave the national lockdown and enter the new Tier 2 restrictions. We continue to follow all government guidance to keep our staff and customers safe whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service. 

Our showroom is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm 

We are following all government guidelines to keep customers and staff safe, with a one way system in place in the showroom, hand sanitiser available on entrance and increased cleaning measures in place. We ask all visitors to wear a face covering and to observe all social distancing measures. 

Installations Continue

As we have throughout the year, we will prioritise customers in essential industries or with urgent repair works needed, however most installations will be unaffected by delays. We have taken steps throughout the year to minimise disruption to our supply chains, and we are confident that the majority of our customers will not be adversely affected, and will notify any customers at the first opportunity should any Tier restrictions impact the availability of any materials or parts required for their installation. 

Following Government regulations and guidance from Public Health England, as well as feedback from customers throughout the year, we are able to safely carry out installations in the majority of instances. We are taking all recommended health and safety precautions, social distancing measures and providing all staff with relevant PPE, and ask customers to aid us in providing our installation teams with safe spaces and alerting us of any potential hazards.

Customers are asked to alert us in the first instance should any member of their household be shielding, isolating, be experiencing any symptoms or have a positive case of Covid-19 so that we can reschedule until a suitable time. 

We are following all government restrictions, guidance from Public Health England and local authorities. Our first priority is our staff and customers' health and wellbeing, and as such these details continue to be evaluated and updated based on the latest guidance and feedback from staff and customers.
